"Mark could not have been more helpful in the planning of the picture of our house and gardens, with a myriad of characters from our family, friends and the odd famous person thrown in for good measure.

Mark stayed in touch throughout the process, and only working from telephone conversations and a set of photographs of the house, garden and family managed to construct a portrait that could not have been painted with any more accuracy if he had sat in my back garden himself for a week with all the characters assembled before him.

Quite simply ‘A Day in Eagle Way’ is an absolute triumph, its already a family heirloom loved by everyone, and, as a snapshot in time captures the past and present together even better than I pictured when we were creating the concept.

Every time I take a look at the scene something different becomes my favourite part, it is just so complete, it is untrue, Mr Lowry your legacy lives on.

I don't know what life was like before it, and I certainly don't want to contemplate a life without it.
I would love to commission Mark again when I can think of something that can top this painting.

Thanks and praise to Mark, he is a wonderful artist, a truly nice guy and a pleasure to know."

'The Aurora Borealis Symphony No. 1', the title is thought inspiring, but the picture is every bit as fascinating. I and the rest of my family love the intense colours Mark uses in this painting and in his other work. There are rich reds and greens and velvety blues, that capture your eye and draw you deeper into the painting, for a closer look. That is when you notice the detail - the figures and tiny animals. Mark's work has a broad age appeal. We, the 'adults', love it because it is simple enough to live with every day, yet vivid and detailed enough to kick-start the imagination. Our children love it because of the tiny details and the fact that it reminds them of times 'out camping' when, away from the light polution, we have been lucky enough to see such a sky!"

"People buy paintings for three main reasons: Decorative, Emotional or Financial. Collectors buy Mark's paintings as they have an emotional connection with them. That's why we've personally bought Mark's work so we can enjoy it for ourselves at home. People feel drawn to his work. "

"Mark's pictures convey a special warmth which makes me feel at home. The subjects are places: Venice and Copenhagen , where I've enjoyed really happy days with friends and family. The vivid colours and the quirky characters bring back carefree memories, which are better than any photo album, because you can use your imagination to enjoy them over and over again".

"Having the fantastic 'Midnight Swim' is like having an open book hanging on the wall - every time I look at it I get pulled into imagining a new story. It's like having my very own fairytale."

"I'm privileged to own 2 of Marks' works. One, a Tuscan scene with cyclist evokes fond memories of our Mediterranean house in France; the second, of Eastgate in Warwick, is a memorable local landmark. Both show off Mark's unique ability to be "simplistic" yet rich in detail and intrigue. I'm delighted with my treasures!"

"The greatest reason to own a work by a particular artist is if one can feel an empathy with it. That’s how I feel about ‘Wild Coast near Robin Hood’s Bay’ which I commissioned Mark to produce for me. There is a little selfish satisfaction in knowing that a commissioned piece is yours and only yours! "

"When I first saw the painting "Winter Wedding" by Mark Kaiser it was definitely "love at first sight". At the time it was due to be in London but I couldn't wait to own it.  I knew exactly where I would hang it in my house -in my hallway so that every day it is the first thing I see when I come home. Each time I come home it lifts my spirits and welcomes me and I have never tired of its detail, vibrancy and colour - I know I never will.

Every visitor to my home comments on my painting and is drawn towards it.  Many a time I have discovered a mesmerised guest in my hall - on their way to the bathroom - and still in my hall 15 minutes later!  Everyone who sees it is moved by it, sees something different in it and enjoys putting their own interpretation on the story in the painting.

I love Mark's unique style and colourways and the tiny, tiny details that are so subtle, but so passionate and thoughtful too. I would never, ever part with Mark's painting and hope to own more of his work in time."

"'At Grandad's Farm' takes us on a daily journey back to our childhood summers spent in the English countryside, evoking memories of the freedom of playing around a farm enjoying its rustic charm and space to grow and explore.  The picture brings together a strong sense of family and togetherness and exudes vivacity and warmth."

"We are huge fans of Mark's work. He combines vivid colour with intricate detail, bringing his pictures to life and providing them with a light of their own. His work represents a snapshot in time, relaying an intimate story often with a hint of humour, making the viewer smile."

"We were first drawn to Mark's work by its charming naivety. His paintings successfully balance detail with humour, perhaps explaining why they have never received criticism from friends and family."

"You know when you see a particular artist's work you immediately fall in love with it, well it was like that with Mark Kaiser's work and us. We recently bought three of his paintings of Tuscany and we're absolutely delighted with them. Mark's style and use of colour evoke the true magic of the Tuscan region, particularly San Gimignano.

We first saw his work on the cover of the Wine Society Magazine back in 2002 and have kept a look out for any new work of his since then.

His work is mostly described as naïve, however it seems to us to be a combination of Lowry and Monet. A highly accomplished artist, Mark seems to have the ability to evoke the atmosphere of the places he has used as his subjects.

Mark's work has some similarities with that of Grandma Moses, the celebrated American naïve artist, particularly the winter scenes. We're not art critics, just people who enjoy art and like to have it in their home. Mark's paintings complement our home nicely - they're like a part of the family."

"'The house that Granddad built' is the first painting I have ever owned and it has pride of place in my living room! I was drawn to it by the golden sky and patchwork of pastel colours which wrap around the canvas to create a beautiful 3 dimensional scene. Upon closer inspection, you discover that secret corners of the canvas are inhabited by tiny characters which add another layer of meaning to the painting. These special details coupled with the beautiful colours make Mark's work unique."
