Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Mark Kaiser Art. The following policy outlines how orders are delivered and how returns or issues are handled.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Shipping Location

  • All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

  • We currently deliver within the UK only.

2. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days, depending on stock availability.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Nature of Artwork & Products

Many works sold by Mark Kaiser Art are:

  • Original artwork

  • Limited edition prints

  • Made-to-order or personalised pieces

Due to this, returns are handled differently from standard retail goods.

4. Personalised & Commissioned Works

Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not available for:

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Signed or personalised items

  • Prints or works altered at the customer’s request

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

This reflects the bespoke nature of such works.

5. Non-Personalised Items

For eligible non-personalised items, your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may apply.

To exercise cancellation rights:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued after the safe return of the item.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us promptly

  • Provide details and photographs where possible

  • A replacement or appropriate resolution will be arranged

Damage claims should be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

7. Condition of Returned Items

Where returns are legally applicable, items must be:

  • Undamaged

  • Securely packaged

  • Returned in original condition

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
