I was inspired to paint this scene after watching the film of the same name. This is a celebration of friendship, love, community and humanity. The farmhouse is set in the Warwickshire countryside surrounded by fields of snowy blue and mauve colours, however it has all the hallmarks of a countryside scene in the UK with the landscape that resembles a patchwork quilt.
