I really enjoy Japanese Woodblock Prints and have collected a few over the years. In this painting of Mount Fuji I have included the snow on top of the mountain, the pink blossom, the graduated blue sky (that features a lot in woodblock prints) and the thatched roofs of the traditional wooden buildings. It’s no secret that this painting is one of my favourites in the whole collection.
