This picture captures the beautiful Tudor building, Oken House in the centre of Warwick, just a stones-throw from Warwick Castle. The house was built in the late 15th century and was owned by Thomas Oken a wealthy merchant living in the town. The painting captures the timber framed house with a Cedar tree as a backdrop in the grounds of the castle.
