As a young boy, my twin brother and I used to go off for hours on end with our late Dad through the countryside near Dolgellau in Wales and explore some wonderful areas. There were deep dark woods, open meadows, streams and waterfalls, hills and mountains, all bathed in the most magical light. We would make our way back home to the cottage under twilight in time for tea.
